Professional Employer Organization (PEO)

A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) helps client companies to cost effectively outsource the management of payroll, workers’ compensation, human resources, employee benefits, and more.

Paymasters’ relationship will involve a contractual allocation and sharing of employer responsibilities.  This enables small and medium sized businesses to achieve “economies of scale” that they may not be able to achieve on their own.  This also allows customers the ability to focus on the operational and revenue-producing sides of their business.  In this relationship, Paymasters and their client enter into a co-employer arrangement.

By outsourcing payroll administration and human resources to Paymasters, clients can take advantage of the broad experience and gain access to the cost saving solutions Paymasters has to offer.  Our expertise will provide client customers with both direct and indirect savings by working with them and their employees on labor law compliances, workers’ compensation insurance, payroll and tax compliances, federal regulation compliances, department of labor issues, screening and recruitment, employee benefits, retention, and much more.

Paymasters intends to deliver these services by establishing and maintaining an employer relationship with the employees at the client’s worksite and are contractually assuming certain employer rights, responsibilities and risks.

Under the PEO program each entity has the right to independently decide whether to hire or discharge an employee.  Each entity has the right to direct and control worksite employees.  Paymasters will direct and control worksite employees in matters involving payroll, compliance with employment laws, and human resource management.  The client company directs and controls worksite employee’s day-to-day jobs in manufacturing, production, and delivery of its products and services.

Administrative Services Organization (ASO)


Administrative Services Outsourcing compliments your HR department, helping them deliver world class HR services.  These services can be customized to meet the needs of the client providing administration assistance to your present HR staff.

Administrative Services Organizations – are the same as PEO’s except they do not have the “co-employment” relationship.  Clients provide their own workers compensation and benefits plans.  This gives your staff more time to focus on more critical long-term goals like employee development, morale, and company financial/growth goals.  ASOs offer:
